We were contacted by Mosaik to create a front page video for their website revamp. We discussed with Michelle, the owner of Mosaic regarding her style of leadership and what aspects of her personality lead to her success. Michelle was clearly her own person. She refers to her style as "Korean Mom" - being overly caring and treats her clients like family. But at the same time, Michelle relies on her massive team for the best results. We wanted to showcase her motherly nature, as well as her ability to command a large team. Based on those answers we crafted a story line that would allow viewers to get to know Michelle. We casted real clients of hers and used real homes that she was representing in the making of the shoot.

We really made the effort to keep it effortless for the clients, due to good planning It took less than a day to shoot and the video was finished within two weeks later.
